YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Develops and owns the HR KPIs management process;
• Drives reporting process requirements engineering;
• Prepares various regular and ad hoc reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Owns the annual central HR reporting activities to REWE group;
• Ensures reporting data integrity and quality;
• Supports the company budget planning cycle and budget updates through scenario modeling and various costs calculations and simulations;
• Creates reliable forecasts on personnel costs development vs. budget and acts on deviations;
• Supports the month-end closing processes with various calculations and prepares provisions;
• Monitors HR expenses on monthly basis;
• Supports compensation and benefits administration processes;
• Supports HR Master Data maintenance, clearing and cleansing.
• Contributes to HR reporting processes automation and digitalization;
• Participates in HR Systems and Solutions development and testing;
• Supports day-to-day HR operational activities and actively participates in different HR related projects and initiatives;

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• University degree, preferably in HR / Mathematics / Business Informatics or other relevant;
• At least 2 years of experience on a similar position, preferably in Retail/ FMCG industries;
• Ability to reliably follow and analyze large amounts of data;
• Strong skills to create concise and clear reports and forecasts;
• Experience with reporting processes standardization and digitalization;
• Ability to deal with ambiguity in defining activities and direction;
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines;
• Inherent responsibility and confidentiality with a pro-active and positive attitude;
• Digitally savvy; Master of MS Office; Experience with Power BI and HR Systems and Solutions;
• Payroll experience is considered as an advantage;
• Previous experience with Aladin payroll system is considered strong advantage;
• Fluent English – both written and spoken.
