For our headquarters in Sofia, we are looking for an:
HR INTERN
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Support administratively the recruitment process;
• Take active role in the onboarding process;
• Update HR related information in the internal SharePoint, different databases, the company Website, job portals, etc.
• Support the administration of employees’ social benefits;
• Take part in different HR related projects and initiatives;
• Assist the coordination and organization of different internal initiatives and events;
• Perform additional administrative duties and support overall HR daily activities.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• At least 3rd or 4th year student in the field of HR or other related;
• Pro-active attitude and eager to learn;
• Reliable team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills ;
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment;
• High level of responsibility and confidentiality;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Fluency in English.
