YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Plays the role of local implementation lead of a global HR system and manages the project from initiation to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, in full and within budget;
• Develops detailed local project plan, defining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation;
• Coordinates project activities with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution;
• Monitors and reports project progress and changes to stakeholders, identifies and mitigates potential risks;
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle;
• Facilitates project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews;
• Conducts change impact assessments and local audiences analysis;
• Develops local Change & Communication and training plans to ensure successful adoption of the new ways of working by raising awareness, creating engagement, and building knowledge.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• University degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or other relevant;
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the area of HR systems implementation;
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills;
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing project requirements and working under pressure;
• Strong attention to details with analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with customer centricity mindset;
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams and Slack);
• Fluent English – both written and spoken.
