Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for managing construction projects from inception to completion? For our Construction Department in the Head Quarter in Sofia, we are looking for а motivated and experienced professional for the position of:


PROJECT MANAGER - Construction Department


YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Organization and coordination of the process of building new stores or reconstruction of existing ones;
• Managing of budgets, timeline, control and optimization of costs;
• Implementation of construction projects in time, in terms of quantity and quality,
• Timely planning of the necessary resources and drawing up an optimal budget for building a new branch, reconstruction of existing ones, as well as periodic control for its achievement;
• Carrying out tender procedures according to the established rules of BILLA;
• Subsequent weekly control of the contractor during the construction works on site;
• Effective interaction with various state organizations and institutions in the preparation and implementation of projects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• University Technical Degree in the area of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of construction;
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a project manager;
• Computer literacy, incl. excellent MS Excel experience;
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent written and spoken business English will be considered as an advantage.
