We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Quality Specialist Private Labels to join our team. This role supports the processes related to product listing, documentation, and communication with suppliers to ensure smooth and compliant operations. If you have a background in food technology or quality management and enjoy working in a structured and collaborative environment, we would be happy to meet you!
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Support the process of listing private label products;
• Prepare and maintain documents related to the listing procedure;
• Assist in updating and organizing product specification databases;
• Communicate with suppliers/manufacturers regarding documentation and product requirements;
• Assist in conducting basic risk assessments under the guidance of senior team members;
• Organize and document tasting analyses of products;
• Support monitoring and follow up on project tasks and documentation;
• Assist in coordinating laboratory analyses and ensuring timely submission of samples;
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• University degree in the area of Food safety or Food technology;
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in quality management or a related field;
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills;
• Working knowledge of MS Office (experience with D365 is an advantage);
• Good command of English (German is an advantage);
• Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, proactivity, and reliability;
• Active driver is an advantage.
