YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of the HR strategy within Logistic function;
• Take part in the development and update HR related policies and procedures;
• Advise and consult employees on different HR related matters and act as a trusted partner;
• Support functional heads to align structure, processes and roles with strategic objectives;
• Contribute to the development of the employer brand both inside and outside the organization;
• Perform the recruitment for the entitled roles and supports the onboarding of new hires;
• Drive the implementation of the performance and talent management processes;
• Analyze employee’s development needs and contribute to building strong development plans;
• Participate in or leads various local HR related projects and initiatives;
• Conduct engagement and satisfaction discussions with employees, analyze results and shape improvement plans;
• Work in a close collaboration, manage and develop a team of HR Business Partners.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• University degree, preferably in the area of HR/ Psychology or other relevant;
• 5+ years of relevant experience on a similar position, preferably in Retail / FMCG industries;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and developing successful teams;
• Good business acumen and strong understanding of commercial processes;
• Strong focus on customer needs and a drive for continuous process improvement;
• Continuously challenging the status que with experience in leading organizational change;
• Proven strategic thinking with an ability to incorporate data and analytics in decision making;
• Proficient in communicating, building influence, and developing relationships at all levels;
• Pro-active attitude with ability to quickly find solutions in a tense environment;
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to set priorities and multitask under pressure;
• Highly proficient in MS Office and excellent language skills in English;
• Willingness to travel.
