YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Support the planning and execution of Direct Marketing campaigns across all relevant channels (e-mail, push, Viber), including content creation, targeting, and deployment;
• Maintain and update the CRM marketing calendar;
• Assist in building, monitoring, and optimizing customer journeys (On-boarding Journey, Churn and Reactivation journey etc);
• Prepare, launch, and test campaigns (incl. A/B testing);
• Work with customer databases and segmentation;
• Track and analyze campaign performance and results;
• Support the preparation of reports and contribute to campaign optimization based on KPIs;
• Collaborate with the team in developing new campaign ideas and improving CRM activities.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
• Previous internship experience or up to 1 year of relevant experience in CRM or digital marketing;
• Very good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• Basic understanding of working with data and segmentation;
• Experience with CRM systems and campaign management tools;
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and good organizational skills;
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop;
• Fluency in English.
