YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Develops effective plans to implement the annual procurement strategy with focus on construction market for buying of general services (negotiation of reconstructions and building of new stores), materials and equipment;
• Defines scope of spend and collects, identifies and validates requirements of the stakeholders;
• Creates sourcing strategy and organizes procedures for supplier selection;
• Implements negotiation strategies and concludes agreements with third parties within the locally managed projects;
• Conducts research on market and price/cost developments;
• Performs internal and external analysis and generates opportunity proposals for cost optimizations;
• Creates and manages the execution of contracts with the support of the local legal team;
• Monitors suppliers' performance;
• Participates in different improvement projects in line with company procurement strategy.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• University degree in Civil engineering, Engineering, Business, Finance, Commercial, Economic, Marketing;
• Experience within the Construction market (Within the retail industry will be plus);
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, preferably within a Retail company;
• Experience with RFQ and Tender procedures for construction assignments for repairs of construction sites is considered advantage;
• Project management experience is considered advantage;
• Good negotiation and stakeholders management skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to work on multiple tasks;
• Drive for continuous professional development;
• Excellent language skills in English;
• Highly proficient in MS Office, experience with ERP systems is considered advantage.
