Analyst – Internal Sales & Process Optimization

Join our team as an Analyst - Internal Sales & Process Optimization and play a key role in supporting business decisions through data analysis, performance monitoring and process optimization.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators such as productivity, sales turnover, inventory losses, write-offs, availability and other business KPIs;
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc analyses to support the Internal Sales and Sales teams in making data-driven decisions;
• Analyse data to identify trends, deviations and areas requiring attention, and support the business in understanding potential causes and defining improvement measures;
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise and business-relevant information;
• Support budgeting, forecasting and target-setting processes and monitor performance against agreed business objectives;
• Participate in projects related to process optimization, standardization and efficiency improvement;
• Contribute to the automation and digitalization of KPI reporting and business processes;
• Collaborate with colleagues from Sales, IT, Finance and other departments.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• University degree with an economic, technical or analytical focus;
• Minimum 2 years of experience within the Retail sector;
• Proven experience in data analysis, KPI reporting and preparation of business insights;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables and data analysis;
• Experience with SAP Web BO, Power BI or another BI/reporting tool is considered an advantage;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with the ability to translate data into clear and relevant business insights;
• Proactive and structured approach, with the ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines;
• Very good command of English.
